These books, services, products, … I like very much – maybe you do, too!
This page started with a book recommendation. Of course, this does not mean that I, for example, everything that is in the books, also represent. I share here my personal experience with you – and wish you a lot of fun with it to make YOUR experience 🙂
„Liebe dich selbst, als hinge dein Leben davon ab“ (German) – Raval Ravikant
„Love yourself like your life depends on it“ (English) – Raval Ravikant
“Ich brauche deine Liebe, ist das wahr?” (deutsch) – Byron Katie
“I need your love – is that true?” (englisch) – Byron Katie
One of my all-time favorite books, “I need your love – is it true?”
Once again, it fit in with our Work Café (which is why I remembered to include the book recommendation here for you) – and in other ways, too. I like to listen to the audio book every now and then.
By the way, it’s about all human relationships, not just partnership.
I can recommend it without reservation, no matter if you know The Work or not. It is so human to strive for love, appreciation, recognition …
For my Work friends: Have you ever listened to or read it again?
For all others: Worthwhile! 💜
“Untamed” – Glennon Doyle
I love this book!
I was actually looking for a light novel at the Miami airport in April 2020, something light and happy. Then my eye fell on “Untamed” by Glennon Doyle and I looked inside. Wonderful book, so honest and moving – AND easy to read. My absolute reading recommendation!
What it’s about:
How can we be free instead of adapted, feel again, find out what we want ourselves instead of doing what the others want and expect. So many topics that I also find important! And she speaks openly and honestly and tells a lot about her own experiences.
The top chapters really say it all: Part one: “Caged”/Part Two: “Keys” (to get to Part 3)/Part Three: “Free”.
Photos – my favorite photographer
When I want to have beautiful photos, I always ask Bekki for that: Rebekka Litgen – Black Sparrow Photography
She took photos at all three of my events, photos of me for social media, homepage, etc. and also super beautiful private photos – even as an online shoot during my travel quarantine in April 2020.
BNI – Business Network International
One of the questions I’ve been asked most often since I’ve been self-employed is: How do you get your clients?
I can now answer that very clearly: through recommendations and contacts.
I do most of my networking via BNI (Business Network International, Bambus chapter in Willich), where I meet up with my fellow entrepreneurs once a week and exchange ideas. Feel free to get in touch with me if you would like to join us for breakfast – or perhaps become part of our dedicated team. We’ll even invite you to the first breakfast 😉
